Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promoting and maintaining positive customer relations, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate with customers and make informed recommendations.
  • Sales and Promotion: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling our products to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise, rotating stock, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other sales associates, management, and support staff to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive and productive store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
