About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to meet our customers' needs.
  • Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
  • Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
  • Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
  • Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
  • Support other Verizon stores within close proximity (based on business needs).
  • Place outbound calls to current Verizon customers via warm leads to promote our products and services.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $49,000 to $59,000 per year, including base pay and individual-based commission.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) match, stock awards, paid time off, parental leave, and tuition assistance.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of work experience.
  • A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A willingness to work additional shifts, if necessary, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • An associate degree.
  • Experience working in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
