Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and train a crew of 5 to 6 people in field applications.
  • Work closely with field supervisors and communicate effectively with customers and management.
  • Ensure CentiMark Safety policies are followed and maintain accurate paperwork and timesheets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial roofing.
  • Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with EPDM, BUR, TPO, and PVC roofing materials.
  • Must have a valid state driver's license and be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Able to climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet and work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and must pass a pre-employment drug test.
