Upshift is seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team in a manufacturing or fulfillment environment. As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by pulling orders from inventory and delivering production materials and supplies.

Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload, and move products and materials (manually, without operating equipment)
  • Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; record location of inventory
  • Perform other material handling activities such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing, and unpacking

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should be able to:

  • Work on your feet for up to 9 hours
  • Lift up to 50lb occasionally and up to 25lb often
  • Reach with hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly
  • Have good hearing and vision
