Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor for our Foster Care Services division. The primary role involves overseeing assigned case managers and ensuring that all services are effectively coordinated to address the ongoing needs of clients through these case managers.
This position requires the supervision of individual treatment plans, intake documentation, and the monthly reports submitted by case managers, ensuring compliance with EEC regulations. Additional responsibilities include leading weekly team meetings, formulating policies and procedures, and providing after-hours on-call support on a regular rotation.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a Master's degree in a human services-related discipline. Successful candidates should demonstrate familiarity with trauma-informed care, along with a minimum of three years of supervisory experience and three years of clinical experience. A valid driver's license is required, along with successful completion of DMV, DCF, and CORI background checks.
