Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous Procurement Analyst to become a vital member of our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing supply chain effectiveness and achieving cost efficiencies.
By working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will be essential in identifying optimal suppliers, negotiating advantageous contracts, and ensuring seamless service delivery, ultimately contributing to the success of our initiatives.
As part of the Procurement Team, you will collaborate with leading professionals who are driving innovation and creating impactful products on a global scale.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for technology, a solid understanding of procurement methodologies, and outsourcing management, along with exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute outsourcing strategies, including price negotiations, contract renewals, and cost reduction initiatives.
2. Identify and assess potential vendors and service providers.
3. Cultivate robust relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality service.
4. Oversee the onboarding process for outsourcing roles, communicating necessary skill sets and conditions.
5. Serve as a key administrator of the procurement system, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
6. Monitor and assess vendor performance.
7. Conduct pre-screening of resumes and quotes, resolving pricing and condition discrepancies with vendors as needed.
8. Coordinate interviews and engage with stakeholders to gather procurement feedback on candidates.
9. Collaborate closely with the legal team to facilitate contract execution and review.
10. Maintain comprehensive documentation related to outsourcing activities.
11. Review invoices and timesheets, preparing monthly financial reports.
12. Perform additional outsourcing tasks as required.
13. Maintain a comparative analysis of quotes with financial simulations, reporting data for final vendor selection.
14. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to enhance procurement efficiency.
15. Keep detailed records of contracts, including key information such as renewal dates, payment terms, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, outsourcing management, or IT service business development.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for cost analysis.
4. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Excellent analytical and negotiation capabilities.
6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Willingness to travel for business purposes up to approximately 10%.
8. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Preferred:
Familiarity with SAP.
