Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our Enterprise Infrastructure Delivery Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing analytical assessments to determine specifications and requirements for software and/or hardware projects, and participating in design and implementation of new and/or improved information systems to meet business requirements of customer organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform analytical assessments to determine specifications and requirements for software and/or hardware projects
  • Participate in design and implementation of new and/or improved information systems to meet business requirements of customer organizations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to advise on software, hardware, and new technology
  • Act as a senior technical expert to design and implement software and hardware utilizing various IT specialties to meet customer needs and enhance automation efforts
Requirements
  • 1 year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service
  • Experience performing analytical assessments to determine specifications and requirements for software and/or hardware projects
  • Experience participating in design and implementation of new and/or improved information systems to meet business requirements of customer organizations
  • IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below: Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, and Problem Solving
