Job Description:

The Identity Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth through the sale of Stirista's identity-related products and services. This individual is responsible for prospecting and closing new business opportunities, owning the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful onboarding.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Presents Stirista's products and services confidently and effectively.
  • Cultivates a deep understanding of the identity data landscape to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Consistently prospects for new business opportunities and follows up on leads in a timely manner.
  • Travels extensively for client meetings and industry events.
  • Exceeds quarterly and annual new business objectives by delivering exceptional results.
  • Maintains accurate records in Salesforce.com.
  • Collaborates closely with Client Services to ensure seamless transitions for new clients.
  • Liaises with Marketing teams to develop and promote compelling sales narratives highlighting the value proposition.
  • Remains abreast of market trends and competitive changes to stay ahead in the industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Established track record of consistently exceeding new business revenue expectations.
  • Proven experience in selling identity products, including graphs, identity resolution, and other related offerings.
  • Strong understanding of IP graph, CTV graph, HEMs, and their applications.
  • Built relationships with key decision-makers at major ad agencies and brands.
  • Exceptional quantitative and negotiation skills.
  • Able to rapidly absorb new technology and product updates, demonstrating agility as a learner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients.
  • Ability to travel nationwide for client meetings, conferences, seminars, and industry events.

Education and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in data sales, with a focus on managing long and short sales cycles.
  • Experience diversifying a portfolio of business under management by working with multiple partners.

Salary and Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits and compensation packages will be discussed during the hiring process.
