Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests in a courteous manner.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the game room and its equipment.
  • Monitor gaming machines to confirm they are functioning properly and report any issues for repair.
  • Oversee the change machines to ensure they are dispensing correctly.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures for the game room and prepare necessary reports.

Adherence to safety protocols is mandatory. Candidates must be able to maintain a positive attitude, possess a genuine desire to assist guests, and be willing to learn about the games to enhance guest experience.

Work Schedule: Availability for morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required. The position offers between 16 to 32 hours per week at a competitive pay rate.
