Key Responsibilities
  • Operate high-volume production MFDs, scanners, and copiers to produce a wide range of digital documents.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production equipment.
  • Assist with scanning, imaging, and printing projects, including converting file formats and creating searchable PDFs.
  • Ensure high-quality output and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines and achieve production goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a production document processing environment.
  • Previous experience in a law firm service center is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe applications.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
