Job Title: Lead Baker

About the Role:
Farmer's Table is seeking a highly skilled professional baker to join our team. As a Lead Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality desserts for our restaurant and banquets. You will also be responsible for creating specialty cakes for all occasions and handling high-volume production in a professional and calm manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce the daily par of desserts for the restaurant
  • Weekly production of desserts for banquets
  • Create specialty cakes for all occasions
  • Handle high-volume production in a professional and calm manner
  • Take responsibility for the final product
  • Work independently to complete daily production

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a high-volume bakery
  • Strong technical skill set
  • Ability to follow exact recipes and produce consistent quality
  • Knowledge of vegan baking is a plus
