Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the division technology staff, addressing hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Unbox and set up new technology equipment, ensuring proper installation and configuration.
  • Install approved software and update patches on district computers and laptops, maintaining a secure and up-to-date technology environment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for district equipment, ensuring accountability and transparency.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, community patrons, staff, and administration, representing the Culpeper County Public School system in a positive and professional manner.
  • Assist with district technology projects in the schools as needed, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Instructional Delivery or Network Engineer, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
