- Develop architectural designs and project concepts that align with the client's requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare and present proposals, feasibility reports, and design presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Stay updated with advancements in architecture, construction techniques, and materials, applying this knowledge to improve our services and deliver exceptional results.
- Foster a creative and innovative work environment that encourages collaboration and excellence.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience (5-10 years) working as an Architect with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant architectural design software.
- Excellent design and drafting skills and familiarity with 3D modeling.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and costs.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Leadership qualities with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
