Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a California-Based Teletherapy Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students while working from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality speech therapy services to students in a virtual setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and data analysis to inform treatment decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in speech-language pathology and incorporate evidence-based interventions into your practice.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • Current CA state licensure (CTC) or eligibility for licensure to practice speech-language pathology.
  • Two (2) years previous experience working as a speech-language pathologist in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, parents, and administrators.
