We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at L3Harris Technologies. As a key member of our manufacturing engineering team, you will be responsible for managing large complex projects, analyzing engineering problems, and implementing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use engineering principles and practices to improve manufacturing processes and design.
  • Work with various computer systems and software programs to produce reports and spreadsheets.
  • Analyze data and implement statistical techniques to improve product flow and increase throughput.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of prior relevant manufacturing engineer experience.
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related manufacturing engineer experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related manufacturing engineer experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Capacity Simulation Software.
  • Experience in the development of excel based capacity models.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Project.
  • LEAN and Six Sigma production techniques.
