We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Capital Vacations. As a key member of our resort operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the smooth operation of our resort facilities.
- Maintain daily upkeep, including painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall, and landscaping clean-up.
- Complete maintenance calls and general upkeep of the resort, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Notify management of any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Assist guests with any maintenance-related issues or requests.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
- Good driving record with no significant violations.
- Knowledge of the Timeshare industry.
- Experience in general resort maintenance, including landscaping, construction, and upkeep.
- Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools.
