Job Overview

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our resort staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the grounds and facilities are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily tasks such as light weeding, basic facility inspections, and debris removal.
  • Maintain high standards for aesthetics and uphold company expectations.
  • Inspect common areas to prepare for daily activities.
  • Apply chemicals for nuisance weed control as needed.
  • Collaborate with other resort staff and vendors as necessary.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Landscape maintenance experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and minimum 1 year of driving experience required.
  • Ability to operate motorized equipment and read chemical labels.
