Key Responsibilities:
As a primary representative of the Delta Sonic Team, Customer Service Representatives are tasked with warmly welcoming all clients in a positive, enthusiastic, and professional manner while informing them about the extensive range of car wash and detailing services we provide. These expert services are designed to significantly enhance our clients' vehicle aesthetics and enjoyment. This role is fast-paced and requires the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while fulfilling customer service expectations. Additional duties include, but are not limited to, processing customer transactions, adhering to proper cash handling protocols, and following all specific procedures related to the position. Customer Service Representatives will commence their training as Delta Technicians to bolster their product knowledge. Individuals in this role may work in either the car wash or detailing area, depending on staffing requirements. The compensation for this position is $15.75 per hour plus commission.

**WEEKEND AND NIGHT AVAILABILITY IS PREFERRED**
