Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Charge Nurse to join our team for our 2pm to 10pm shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing compassionate care to our residents while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.
About the RoleThe LVN Charge Nurse plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality patient care while adhering to established standards and protocols;
- Supervising and delegating tasks to other healthcare professionals as needed;
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and management.
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:
- A current and valid Texas LVN nursing license or a current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
