We are seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Charge Nurse to join our team at Heritage Nursing and Rehab. As a critical member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to residents during the 2pm to 10pm shift.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate must possess a current and valid Texas LVN nursing license or a current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing top-notch patient care.
Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
- Develop and implement effective care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and optimize patient outcomes.
