Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join their team in New City, NY. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with great long-term potential. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for conducting problem-solving and order processing while maintaining customer accounts and adhering to company protocols. You will build and nurture relationships with customers and internal sales teams, providing proactive support. You will address customer inquiries via phone and in person, schedule and bill services, deliveries, and new installations, and coordinate with the service/operations manager. You will process customer payments and maintain accurate internal reports. You will make outbound calls to current customers for scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans. You will perform outbound collection calls and manage over-the-counter customer orders. You will resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring appropriate changes are implemented. You will maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken. You will complete contract forms and manage service-related documentation using computer systems. You will determine charges for requested services, arrange billing, and collect payments or deposits. You will upsell new or additional services or products as appropriate. What's in it for you? Weekly Paycheck $21 / hr. Minimum Requirements: 1+ years of customer service experience High school diploma or GED Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Moderate proficiency in Windows operating system, including Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to learn proprietary customer service software Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal) Pay Details: $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
