General Overview


This role is essential for the upkeep and cleanliness of the facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.


Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Facilities Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and buffing floors.
  • Execute cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Manage and replenish supplies in the supply room.
  • Perform minor repairs utilizing hand and power tools.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of heating, electrical, and air conditioning systems, including filter replacements and reporting complex issues to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, identifying and reporting hazardous conditions and maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
  • Carry out custodial duties as needed.
  • Undertake additional related tasks as required.

Minimum Educational Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
