We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our dynamic team at Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and implement respiratory techniques to maintain and progress rehab patients with various respiratory illnesses and diseases.
- Initiate therapies, maintain accurate patient records, and operate, check, and assemble equipment as needed.
- Complete a variety of bedside treatments, including tracheotomy care, and provide in-services for nursing staff on a quarterly basis.
- Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly documentation, as well as attending IDT meetings and tracking, auditing, and caseload management.
- Graduate of a COARC-accredited AS or BS Respiratory program.
- Licensed as an RRT or CRT, with BLS certification and licensure in the state of practice.
