Job Title: Site Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Attendant to join our team at Republic Services. As a Site Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our remote convenience site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely and efficiently perform general labor duties, including yard clean-up, site maintenance, and physical grounds cleaning.
  • Clean up work areas and direct customers to the correct container for disposal.
  • Perform yard work, including paper and blowing debris pick up.
  • Direct traffic at the site as necessary.
  • Help customers as needed.
  • Monitor staged containers and track monthly service history.
  • Promote the Company's safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Ability to adhere to work schedule and follow through on challenges as they arise.
  • Valid driver's license.
