Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Accurately document vehicle problems and provide clear, concise estimates for labor and parts.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding changes to estimates or promised time, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Review repair orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Explain completed work and all charges to customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Make outbound calls to drive business and engage with customers to build rapport.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Center to schedule appointments and manage daily bookings.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, driving business growth and success.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience.
  • Technical training or Advisor training school graduate preferred.
  • ASE certification in at least one skill level recommended.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and clean criminal history.
