Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time team member for our Collections Department. This role is crucial in assisting with the recovery of overdue fines and fees through diverse communication methods and potential legal preparations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls
  • Initiate outbound calls to account holders
  • Document all correspondence in the account management system
  • Conduct research to obtain owner contact details as necessary
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
  • Maintain accountability for call quality, attendance, and adherence to scheduled hours

Qualifications:
Experience:
  • Previous office experience is preferred
  • Experience in a legal, collections, or tax office environment is advantageous
