Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Interim HealthCare of West Des Moines, IA. As a Pediatric LPN, you will provide in-home care to pediatric patients with various medical conditions, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans for pediatric patients
- Administer medications, provide wound care, and perform other medical procedures as needed
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Iowa
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
