Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified safety professional to lead our health and safety initiatives in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA, state, and federal regulations, as well as maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective safety programs, policies, and procedures to meet or exceed regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and federal regulations.
  • Investigate and analyze accidents/near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety-related incidents and data.
  • Train and educate employees on safety protocols, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in occupational safety and health, preferably in the construction industry.
  • An Associate's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field (or equivalent experience and certifications).
  • OSHA 30 certification and working knowledge of 1926 and 1910 OSHA Standards.
  • Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) certification preferred.
  • Clear driving record.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
