Job Title: Registered Nurse Supervisor

Far Rockaway Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our healthcare team in Far Rockaway, NY.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced RN to oversee the care of our residents and staff. The successful candidate will have a strong background in long-term care and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the care of residents, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is maintained.
  • Lead and motivate the nursing team to provide high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care and services.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of New York.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in long-term care.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and prescribing programs.
