Nurse Supervisor

Far Rockaway Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team in Far Rockaway, NY.
About the Role:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced RN to oversee the care of our residents. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating resident care requirements and scheduling nursing staff
- Providing support to residents and their families
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
- Managing documentation of resident care services
- Promoting a positive and collaborative team environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Prescribing programs
Far Rockaway Center is a 100-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Far Rockaway, New York.
