About the Role
This leadership position involves overseeing the daily operations of one or more medical units, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to established standards of nursing practice. You will be responsible for creating a positive work environment that promotes associate engagement and satisfaction, developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction, leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care.
Key Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a nationally accredited program.
- 5-7 years of nursing experience, including 1-2 years of management and leadership experience.
- Current RN licensure in the District of Columbia and CPR certification.
- Additional certifications may be required depending on the department or business unit.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated salary range of $115,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
