Tenet-AZ Region seeks a dedicated RN to assume the role of Telemetry Charge Nurse. This position requires a strong background in patient care and leadership, ensuring seamless operations within the department.

About the Role

This 12-hour days shift position involves overseeing patient care, making assignments, and coordinating unit activities. As a clinical lead, you will work closely with the nurse manager/director to evaluate staffing levels, direct patient care, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Supports and evaluates patient care and unit needs during assigned shifts.
  • Makes timely and informed decisions regarding patient assignments and unit-specific task allocations.
  • Coordinates unit activities for smooth operation, particularly in the absence of the nurse manager/director.
  • Develops and implements strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and reduce wait times.
  • Collaborates with colleagues to achieve optimal results and improve overall performance.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of ICU experience; Neuro ICU experience highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work variable shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Compensation Package: Estimated salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
