Job Overview:

We are seeking an Administrative Support Assistant to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing office activities, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to our accounting team.

Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration:
  • Manage all office activities, including mail, phone calls, and emails
  • Maintain office equipment and supplies
  • Organize and maintain accurate filing systems
  • Communicate with municipal authorities

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Purchase orders and accounts payable checks
  • Answer vendor inquiries and resolve issues
  • Analyze vendor accounts and prepare financial reports
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
  • Process deposits and manage cash flow
  • Produce financial reports using QuickBooks and Excel

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or accounting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
