  • Direct and supervise production team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of production schedules.
  • Monitor and report plant labor operating efficiencies and machine utilization to management.

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to create visual aids for communication purposes.
  • Ability to work an off-shift schedule.
