We are seeking a highly skilled JJT Site Leader to join our team at Johnson & Johnson. As a key member of our Enterprise Supply Chain Business Technology organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of JJT products and solutions at our Depuy Synthes manufacturing and distribution sites in Palm Beach Gardens and West Palm Beach, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Plant Ecosystem as a JJT Site Leader for ownership of local products and work towards redefining to a platform or standard product according to JJT MAKE Digital Manufacturing vision and maturity strategy.
  • Drive reliability of the product ecosystem through ALM/TLM programs and Cybersecurity mitigations.
  • Drive collaboration and execution with internal and external Partners.
  • Track progress of product development and deployment using Agile Release Management.
  • Develop and lead talent to excel in product management.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of IT product management, design, and solution deployment experience.
  • 3-5 years of supply chain/operations experience in a regulatory environment.
  • Strong business and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a Shared Services model.
  • Leadership experience in forming teams.
  • 3 years of direct people management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in project execution utilizing Agile/JIRA/RRDM methodology.
  • Project delivery experience.
