Full-Time Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services. As a Home Healthcare Provider, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work-life balance.

About the Role

This Full-Time position offers a competitive annual salary of $95,000-$105,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. Responsibilities
  • Provide wound care and medication management services to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and efficiently
Requirements
  • MA Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
