Clinical Operations Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Operations Specialist to drive the flow of clients and pets through our hospital. As a key member of our team, you will maximize the productivity of our veterinary medical team and ensure effective communication with associates and clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A strong understanding of clinical operations and customer service principles is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with the veterinary medical team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical or customer-facing role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
