Job Title: Clinical Care Specialist - Emergency Department

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department at Mass General Brigham. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care using the nursing process and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver population-specific care.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.

Job Description
  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care, overseeing other team members and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

  • Use strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills to ensure positive outcomes for patients and families.

  • Maintain current certification in CPR, ACLS, PALS, CPI, CEN or CCRN, and adhere to all relevant standards of care.

Requirements
  • Education:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Bachelor degree in nursing preferred).

  • Experience:
  • 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in the Emergency Department.

  • Certifications:
  • CPR, ACLS, PALS, CPI, CEN or CCRN certification.
