Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Recreational Therapist to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Recreational Therapist, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing treatment programs that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to identify their recreational needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Design and implement recreational programs that promote physical activity, social interaction, and emotional well-being.
• Supervise and train assistants and technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Recreational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current State of Michigan RT registration.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
