Recreational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Recreational Therapist to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing treatment programs to promote patient well-being and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to identify their recreational therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective treatment outcomes.
- Supervise and train assistants and technicians to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
- Graduate of an accredited institution with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Recreational Therapy.
- Current State of Michigan RT registration.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
