We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team at NewRez LLC. As a key member of our loan production team, you will provide administrative support to Loan Consultants and Branch Managers, ensuring seamless loan processing and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with borrower information input and manage active pipelines
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and properly signed
  • Document loan details for processing plans and mail documents to clients for signature
  • Verify loan packages are complete before closing and all necessary parties have received paperwork
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties
  • Collaborate with loan processors to ensure smooth transitions of work
  • Communicate with clients as needed and maintain phone logs of calls made and received
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience
  • Mortgage company experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite application skills
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
