Position Title: Account Executive Officer (AEO), Commercial Accounts
Role Summary:
- Oversee the profitability, expansion, and retention of a designated portfolio of clients.
- Evaluate and negotiate intricate customer accounts to mitigate potential risks.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Spot and seize new business prospects.
- Guide and mentor junior Account Executives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of six to eight years of experience in underwriting within commercial lines.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial insurance products and the local market landscape.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- CPCU designation is preferred.
