Key Responsibilities
  • Site Operations Management: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources, including personnel, materials, equipment, tools, and time, to meet project deadlines.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication channels with project stakeholders, including senior staff, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality control standards, enforcing company safety protocols and quality management systems.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: In a related field such as construction management, civil engineering, or a similar discipline.
  • Construction Management Knowledge: Basic knowledge of construction management principles, including project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with construction management software (Procore), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
