Sales Gallery Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales Gallery Coordinator to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a Sales Gallery Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers while supporting the Sales and Marketing Departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service to guests and owners, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Track daily attendance and training attendance, ensuring accurate records and compliance.
  • Set and update Sales Executive rotations daily, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
  • Check in guests and owners, assigning Sales Executives with accurate codes and ensuring timely presentations.
  • Answer phone calls and direct to the appropriate extension number, providing excellent communication and support.
  • Take inventory and stock kitchen supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized environment.
  • Carry out reasonable requests from management, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Warm and welcoming smile and demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Suite.
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor, with a strong attention to detail.
