Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Technician to join our team at A/V Design Consultants, Inc. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for the timely completion of installs and service calls, working independently and collaboratively with other installers to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, install, and calibrate complex audio/video systems, including control systems, lighting, and shading.
  • Develop and maintain proficiency in advanced technologies, including control systems, networking, and data systems.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve complex system issues.
  • Program and configure advanced systems, including Control4, Savant, and Crestron.
  • Support legacy and third-party products and systems, and maintain a deep understanding of multi-room systems and security system programming.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly detailed, organized, and multitask-driven, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work on a rotating on-call service schedule, with a clean driving record and background check required for DCJS certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of field experience, with proficiency in all Senior level qualifications and the ability to train and evaluate up to Senior level technicians.
