In this capacity, you will play a key role in supervising and training staff to deliver behavior-analytic services while executing personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Behavior Technicians, providing necessary training utilizing the Behavior Skills Training (BST) method.
  • Promote and cultivate technical, professional, and ethical behavior, emphasizing critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Monitor Behavior Technicians' performance, delivering constructive feedback on their work.
  • Review and provide timely insights on documentation, including data sheets and graphs.
  • Exhibit expertise in delivering behavior-analytic services, adhering to the current Registered Technician Task List.
  • Deliver direct behavioral-analytical services to children as assigned.
  • Assist the supervising analyst during assessment processes.
  • Implement behavior-technician services accurately, following supervisors' guidance.
  • Ensure the integrity of current programming, making modifications only as directed by the supervising analyst.
  • Seek clinical guidance when encountering unfamiliar interventions or situations prior to implementation or immediately upon involvement.
  • Support the supervising consultant in conducting competency assessments and performance evaluations as outlined by the agency.
  • Model appropriate techniques and behaviors for Behavior Technicians.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and punctually.
  • Stay informed about agency policies and procedures.
  • Provide necessary documentation and materials as required by the supervising consultant.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities related to the Lead Behavior Technician role as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • RBT certification in good standing.
  • Completion of 40 hours of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) curriculum.
