Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at Complete Staffing. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical support to healthcare professionals, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and assisting with medical procedures.
  • Administer medications and injections, as directed by licensed healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct basic laboratory tests, such as EKGs, urine dips, and HCG tests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and test results.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certificate from an accredited program.
  • At least two years of clinical medical assistant experience.
  • Experience in an OB/GYN setting, with a focus on outpatient care.
  • Epic experience required.
  • Previous experience in a teaching hospital.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPR certification (BLS will be required to start).
  • EMT certification.
