Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Maplewood at Danbury LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
  • Engage residents in conversation, activities, and programs to promote socialization and mental stimulation.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure resident care needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Current Connecticut Nurse's Aide Registration.
  • Experience working with seniors, with a passion for providing exceptional care.
  • Ability to perform tasks that may be physically demanding, such as lifting and bending.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
