About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and people-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent at Davidson Hospitality Group. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process guest payments and handle any related financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience in a hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
