Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Holiday Lighting Installation Technician to join our team in Mitchell, SD and surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and removing holiday lighting and decorations for residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain holiday lighting and decorations on roofs, trees, shrubs, and other structures.
  • Safely use ladders, lifts, and other equipment to reach high places.
  • Ensure all electrical connections are safe and meet industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair lighting issues as they arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Remove and properly store holiday lighting and decorations at the end of the season.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in lighting installation, electrical work, or related field preferred.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.
  • Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during the holiday season.
